Do I need a permit for my project?

Many building projects in the Virgin Islands need a permit from the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR). The Division of Permits handles plan review, inspections and building codes. Check their requirements before work starts: DPNR Division of Permits.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. KVJ Carpentry Services Plus, LLC is a licensed and insured carpentry business based in St. Thomas.

Can you work alongside my contractor?

Yes. We regularly provide the carpentry scope on projects run by owners, builders and contractors, from formwork and framing to roofing and finish work.

Can you manage my project for me?

Yes. As your project manager we work on your behalf, handling the plan, schedule, budget and materials, and coordinating the contractors and trades you hire.
